She was predeceased by: her parents, August Selle and Gertrude Selle; her husband Leonard Akey; her daughter Andrea; and her sister Audrey Luedtke.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Timmreck (Bruce), David (Carol), Weston, Brian (Barb) and Bill (Rhonda); and her sister Marlene Strehlow (James). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren/step grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren/step great grandchildren.
