He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; his parents, George Steigerwald and Alice Steigerwald; his sister Linda; and his parents-in-law, Arthur and Shirley Tiedemann.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Winkler (Jason) and Terry Steigerwald (Jodi); his grandsons, Garrett and Ian Steigerwald; and his brother-in-law Greg Gessler. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, many nieces, nephews and wonderful friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to a charity of choice.
