He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Collins and Rebecca; and his siblings, Virginia, Cyril, Thomas and Miadora.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy; his children, Keith Collins (Cynthia I.) and Bridget Kuhlenbeck (Terry); his grandchildren, Donny (Kasey-Jo), Jeremy (Erin), Tammie (Mike), Jody (Jennifer), Stephen (Deborah), Vanessa (Chad) and Casey (Angela); and his great grandchildren, Wesley, Victoria (Hector), Miranda, Wyatt, Noah, Bodie, Cooper, Nora, Ella, George, Justin, Chaz, Bailey, Gavin, Cora, Gage, Montgomery and Reginald. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Holy Angels Catholic Church are appreciated.
