He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William H. Johnston and Alice Johnston; his brother Thomas Johnston; and his granddaughter Brayleigh. He is survived by: his wife Terry Johnston; and his grandchildren, Emma Larrabee (Logan), Patrick, Abby Zorn, Sam, Joe, Molly, Peter Muren, Ben and Charlie Johnston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
