He was predeceased by: his parents, Sarajane "Sally" Trapp and Richard Starker. He is survived by: his daughters, Katie Starker (Mike Scherff) and Laura Johnson (Brandon); his grandchildren, Clara, Braxton and Ezekiel "Zeke" Johnson; his former wife Melissa Mallman-Starker; and his sisters, Debbie Christensen (Ben), Carrie Ollis (Mike) and Kim Prudlow (Todd). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many other caring relatives and lifelong friends.
