It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nancy M. Liacopoulos (Wauwatosa, Wisconsin), who passed away on July 25, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Van P. Liacopoulos; her parents, George Mistrioty and Demetra Mistrioty of Milwaukee, WI; and her in-laws, Peter and Dena Liacopoulos of Fond du Lac, WI..

She is survived by: her siblings, Dennis Mistrioty Brookfield (Kathy) and Toula Georgatos (Mike); her sister-in-law Kathy Grapsas (Nick) of Madison, WI.; her children, Peter Liacopoulos (Ingrid), Dena Gallos (Frank), James Liacopoulos (Heather) and Stephanie Swoboda (Vern); her nieces and nephews, George Mistrioty (Mary), Tim Mistrioty (Joanna), Niko Geogatos (Chrisoula), Deno Konstantinidis Demetra Konstantinidis (Bella), Nika Spevacek (Scott) and Costa Grapsas (Vanessa); and her grandchildren, Peter, Katie, Tia Gallos, Mathieu, Mia, Evan, Jackson Liacopoulos, Hank and Gia Swoboda. She is also survived by her family together after losing her husband.

“We were sorry to hear of Nancy’s passing. We all have those wonderful memories of such great times with family and church friends. Whether it be a Wedding, Name Day party or working at our church grounds when we celebrated Greek Fest as a family. It was a time to team up for the love of our church and be with our people. Now is the time to celebrate Nancy’s life. She will be missed. May her memory be external. Bill & Donna Spheeris Bill had Covid and sorry that we could not be at there”
