She was predeceased by: her husband John "Jack" Horne; her daughter Mary Bruce (Anthony); her granddaughter Cameron Horne; her parents, Thekla Schimmel and Rudolf Schimmel; her siblings, Jean McDuffie and George Schimmel; and her in-laws, Grace and William Horne.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Fischer (Jim), Dennis (Debra), Mike (Ellen), Pat (Melissa), David (Linda), Beth Koch (Tom), Jim (Rita) and Jeffrey (Kay); and her grandchildren, Jennifer (Joe), Greg, Ryan (Jacquelyn), Kristin (Matt), Lindsey (Jeremy), Rebecca (Kyle), Daniel, Kaitlin (Addison), Kevin, Brynn (Jed), Zack (Chelsea), Jordan, Seth, Ashley, David Jr., Christie (Nick), Michael (Lindsay), Kathryn (Erik), Lauren (Andrew), Isabella (Henry), Conrad, Greta, David (Meghan), Angela (Pedar), Megan and William. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren.
