It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erika Frieda Plonus (Wauwatosa, Wisconsin), who passed away on November 1, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Schulz and Luise Schulz (Lutz); her parents-in-law, Emma Plonus and Herman Plonus; her brother-in-law Alfred Plonus; her husband Erwin Plonus; and her sister Nelly Plonus.

She is survived by: her daughters, Marlene Johnson (Roger), Ginger Forster (Herman), Cathy Popp (Rob) and Julia Rose (Raven Blackwood); her grandchildren, Andy (Cheryl Gnodtke), Natalie (Kyle Steffen), Lindsey, Eva, Lauren, Sofia and Sonja; and her great grandchildren, Hugh, Jude and Beck.
