Donna J. Henke Obituary

Donna Joan Henke passed away on August 6th, 2024 in her home at Mission Creek in Waukesha, WI. Daughter to Roy and Ellena Crawford she was born in November 1937 in Evansville, WI. She was raised and spent the majority of her life in Wauwatosa.

Predeceased by her parents Roy and Ellena, her brothers Don and Spence Crawford, and son Rex Henke. Donna's memory will be cherished and kept alive by her son Jeff (Jane) Henke, her grandchildren Jeni, Julie, Sydney, and Jake and her great grandchildren Owen, Nolan, and Annabelle. Also survived by the father of her sons Tom (Anita) Henke. She will be missed by her extended family, sister-in-law Marge, nephews Bruce, Doug, Scott and Seth, and lifelong friends Bonnie and John.

A lifelong Packer's fan, avid gardener, and caretaker for many, Donna was active in the Wauwatosa community and her neighborhood on Aetna Ct. Her commitment to the Wauwatosa community was evident through her volunteer work and commitment to St. Matthews church, the local schools, Boy Scouts, Special Olympics, and was the hub of her neighborhood hosting pool parties and picnics for anyone around.

Donna Henke will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire all who were blessed to know her.

Graveside services to honor and celebrate the life of Donna will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park at a yet to be determined date. This site will be updated with further information when available.
