She is survived by: her children, Carrie Lukach Smeltzer, Brian Lukach (Judy), Stephen Lukach (Jane) and Wendey Lang (Gerald); her grandchildren, Katherine Wood (Hutson), Ryan Smeltzer (Nicole Sabatino), Zachary Smeltzer (Shelby), Christopher Smeltzer (Lane Starrett), Stephen Lukach, Maxwell Lukach, Anne Lukach, Samuel Lukach (Angelique), Chelsea Linder (Adam) and Chloe Schroeder (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Janine, June, Lawrence, Brayden and Everson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
