He was predeceased by: his parents, Wenzel Plachinski and Edna Plachinski; and his siblings, Rev. Urban Plachinski, Olga Plevak, Frank Plachinski (Fritz), Rose Muening, Alois Plachinski, Wanda Durnait and John Plachinski.
He is survived by: his brother George; his wife Anna (Macek); his children, Mike (late Kathleen), Pete, Joe (Katie), Steve (Sue), Sue Kuklinski (Chris) and John (Laura); his grandchildren, Allison, Lauren, Zachary (Kayla), Jake, Bethany, Ashley (Adam), Rebecca, Emily, Leah, Sarah, Nicholas, Amanda, Sam and Ellie; and his sister-in-law Margie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations to St Jude's Childrens' Hospital or the Franciscan Friars of Pulaski in Daniel's name are greatly appreciated.
