She was predeceased by: her parents, Sygmund Walczak and Cassie Walczak; her husband George H. Bacik; and her grandson Joshua Carson. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Carson (Phil), Michele Budzinski (John) and George Bacik (Connie); her grandchildren, Philip, Jake, Michael, Carly, George, Lindsay and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Raegan, Tessa, Sasha, John and Theo; her sisters, JoJo Ruditys and Lou Herrmann; and her sister-in-law Beverly Walczak.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Angels Grace Hospice or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital would be appreciated.
