He was predeceased by: his wife Florence Cohen; and his parents, Sam Cohen and Rena Cohen. He is survived by: his children, Susan Cohen, Steven Cohen (Cathy) and Sally Pass (Mark); and his grandchildren, Sasha Cohen, Shoshannah and Joshua Pass. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
