Smith (Brenda) of Waupun and Tracy Vellema (Matt) of Waupun; his grandchildren, Isaiah Smith, Blake and Ashlyn Vellema; his fiancée Linda Borgwardt of Waupun; his partner's children, Jenna Lynn Ebling, Jared Borgwardt and Jordan Borgwardt; and his siblings, Robert Smith (Julie) of Bradenton, FL and Karen Smith (Steve) of Brookfield. He was also cherished by her five grandchildren.
