He is survived by: his friend Randy Bruins; his wife Charlene Kamphuis of Waupun; his children, Scott Kamphuis (Becky) of Waupun, Lisa Vande Zande (Darrell) of Waupun and Melanie Wiese (Brad) of Waupun; his grandsons, Cody, Conner, Colin Kamphuis, Griffin (Ashley Gorst), Trevor Vande Zande, Tyler (Abby Stelsel) and Austin Wiese; his siblings, Carol Hopp of Waupun, Colleen Bille (Duane) of Brandon and Gordon Kamphuis Jr. (Debbie) of Markesan; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Kamphuis of Waupun, Cheryl Schouten (Dennis) of Waupun, Sandy Huecker (Bob) of Lomira, Julie Fietz of California and Carla Landaal (Randy) of Waupun. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
