She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Pluim and Grace Konings Pluim; her husband Richard Tank; her brothers, David Pluim and Ronald Pluim; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Zwieg, Connie Tank, Robert Tank and Jerry Farr.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Tank (Laurie) of Waupun, Daniel Tank (Lana) of Waupun and Cheryl DenHartigh (David) of Waupun; her grandchildren, Adam, Taylor Tank, Sydney and Aaron DenHartigh; her great grandchild Parker Tank; and her siblings-in-law, Deloris Pluim of Waupun, Ruth Ann Farr of Waupun and Elden Zwieg of Waupun.
