She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Beest and Hattie Schouten Ter Beest; her husband Albertus Vande Zande; her great grandchild Briana Meidam; and her siblings, Arlene Schouten, Dorothy Daane, Edward, Gordon, Melvin, Leonard, Harold, Earl, Donald and Ken TerBeest.
She is survived by: her children, Betty Hoffman (Steve), Arlyn "Jake" Vande Zande (Olga), Donna Kok (Larry), Duane Vande Zande, Jerry Vande Zande (Dawn), Rick Vande Zande, Kathy Brost (Shawn) and Torri Vande Zande; her sister Helen Vande Zande; and her sisters-in-law, Darlene Ter Beest and Pat Ter Beest. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren: 19 great-grandchildren.
