(Elitzer) Maastricht Ottery of Waupun, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 17, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elitzer and Alice Elitzer (Gnerlich); her former husband Robert "Mouse" Maastricht; and her husband Tom H. Ottery. She is survived by: her children, Ralph Maastricht (Linda R.) of Live Oak, TX, Robert Maastricht (Roberta "Bert") of Omaha, NB, Tina M. Smith of Waupun and Randy Maastricht (Barbara) of Van Dyne; and her sister Carol Bloom (Roger). She is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends.
