She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schouten and Johanna Duitman Schouten. She is survived by: her son David Schouten (Gina) of Sheboygan; her grandchildren, D. J. Schouten, Brad Schouten of Sheboygan and Jennifer Schouten of Menomonee Falls, WI; and her great grandchild Bladen Martinez. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
