He is survived by: his wife Anna Mae; his children, Renee Gelin (Harry), Sue Krizan (Dale Gray) and Jeff Dahmen; his grandchildren, Alexis, William and Giovanna; his siblings, Lawrence Dahmen (Carol), Al Dahmen (Steve Evers), Monica Gulesserian Shirley (Billy Outlaw), Mary Dahmen and Ann Legris (Ray); and his sisters-in-law, Arlene Dahmen and Helen Kelly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
