He is survived by: his children, Sue Clark (Kevin), Sheri Jackson (Ron), Jennifer Smieja (Mark Gustafson) and Mike Smieja (Kris); his grandchildren, Aaron Clark, Jerry Smieja, Stephen Smieja (Anney), Cole Jackson, Jody Bacon, Calli Jackson and Taylor Jackson; his great grandchildren, Lily, James and Jayden; and his sister Rosetta Sonsalla (Jim).
