He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Frakes and Elizabeth Frakes (Perusick). He is survived by: his wife Linda McDow; his children, Carrie Pyka (Richard) and Bradley Frakes; and his siblings, Margaret Miota and James Frakes. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
