He is survived by: his wife Darlene T. Duehring; his children, Michael Chart (Kory) of Burlington and Michelle Chart (Tom) of Delavan; his grandsons, Joseph (Haven), Benjamin Hannah (Parker), Adam and Mathew; his brother Fred Chart (Rosie); his sisters-in-law, Eunice Chart and Mary Ann Bohn (Don); and his friends, Richard, Donna Friemoth and Brian Smith. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
