She was predeceased by: her mother Clara Gardner (Skildum); her husband William Reed (Bill); her siblings, Ada Gardner, Geneva Hendrickson, Burnelle Olson and Glenn Gardner; her son-in-law Buck Walleser; and her grandson Brady Reed Gerzsik.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sheila Voigtlander (Carl), Shirley Walleser, Amy Reed and Annette Gerzsik (Scott); her grandchildren, Jason Voigtlander, Jody Voigtlander (Kristi), Jeremy Voigtlander (Clara), Melissa Vikemyr (Finley), Shane Finley (Michelle), Mikayla Finley, Shad Finley (Lupe), Alanna Wight, Livia Wight, Cori Crow (Gerzsik) and Kyle Gerzsik; her great grandchildren, Alex, Kelsey Vikemyr, Halie, Addie, Kaleb, Amber and Flora Voigtlander; her great great grandchildren, Ian Voigtlander and Aria Bauer; her sister Ardith Hoff; and her sisters-in-law, Lois Gardner and Lila Oppreicht.
Due to a rise in COVID-19 numbers in our area, the family of Verna Reed has decided to cancel her funeral service in an abundance of caution.
