She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Melvin (Ivan) and Charlotte Melvin (Revels); her former husband Merle Kriigel; her husband John Dillon; her siblings, Ben Melvin and Betty; her grandmother Vaughn; her siblings-in-law, Janet Melvin, Barb Melvin (Meyer) and Earl "Unc" Vaughn; her half-brothers, Ed Roberts and Jim "Butch" Roberts; her siblings, Winfield and Joyce Marie Melvin; her nephews, Todd Melvin and Troy Allen Braund; her great-niece Nichole "CoCo" Meyer; and her pet Duke.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Jerdee, Kevin Kriigel (Karen) and Karen Gehrke (Rick); her grandchildren, Sean, Julia, Cody and Carrie; her great grandchildren, Jack, Decimus and Wesson; her brothers, Ron Melvin (Mary) and Don Melvin (Barb); and her half-sisters, Alice Roberts and Gloria Braund. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
