He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Broadhead and Bessie May Broadhead (Hayter); his grandchildren, Angela Lynn Scott and Justin James Peterson; his great grandchild Lexi Faith Peterson; and his siblings, Kenneth (Joyce), Irene, Arlene, Doris (Harlan) and Donald.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Broadhead (Peggy), Jeff Broadhead (Tracey), Kelly Peterson (Steve) and Tracy Hatlan (Pat Brockway); and his siblings, Helen Parr (Donnie), Jim Broadhead (Liz) and George Broadhead (LuAnne). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
