It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Beverly Jean Bankes of Viroqua, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 27, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Cade and Evelyn Cade; her husband Conrad Bankes; her siblings, Curt (Barb Bankes), Ervin (Marilyn Bankes), Joyce Arlene Bourke (John Noel), Shirley (Richard Authier), Donald Cade, Marjorie (Larry Trapp) and Ramona (Carter Thompson); her sister-in-law Connie Cade; and her grandchildren, Sandra Louise Bankes and David Nathan Bankes.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Laura Bankes), Rev. Karen Bankes and David Bankes; her grandchildren, Michael Jr. (Sally), Erik (Christie), Lester, Christian (Stephanie) and Elizabeth (Jed Tarasi); her siblings, Wyman (Carol Cade), Jerry Cade, David (Sheila Cade), Sandra (Richard Hall) and Judy (Paul Erickson); and her siblings-in-law, Kim Cade and Bill Bourke. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial may be given in memory of Beverly to UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) or HEIFER International.
