He is survived by: his children, Allen Howell, Darlene Running and David Kamprud; his grandchildren, Cody Howell, Justin Running (Dawn), Tonya Mickelson (Shaun), Eric Kamprud and Jill Rondeau (Paco); his great grandchild Bailey Howell; and his siblings, Jim, Karl Howell, Eloda Penchi, Sylvia Howell, Sandy Pedretti (Paul), Jill Bailey (Marvin) and Eunice Hastings.
