He is survived by: his spouses, Cindy Wirrer and Hilary; his children, Madisyn, Mason and Mycah; his parents, Shirley Weldy of Adams and Jerry Weldy of Adams; his sisters, Rebecca Pagel (John) of Wonewoc, Jessica Weldy of Wisconsin Dells and Christine Weldy (Kyle Ferstl) of Packwaukee; his grandmothers, Bernadine Weldy of Reedsburg and Frances Hansen of Reedsburg; his nieces and nephews, Demetrius, Peyton, Evan, Emma, Kaitlyn, Maddie, Kasper, Ethan and Eaven; his friend Cindy Makal; and also, Jerry, Paula Hansen of Union Center, Mindy Spencer (Collin) of Hillsboro, Perry Hansen (Shawn) of Reedsburg, Tigger and Hali.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
