She is survived by: her husband Todd Hodge; her sons, Jason Butterfield, Brandon Hodge and Joseph Hodge; her grandchildren, Hayden, Ava, Jadyn, Jenna, Janessa, Justice and Josie; her sisters, Linda Knott and Toni Bohmann (Tom); and her half-brother Richard Childress.
