He is survived by: his parent Mary Jarc Eubanks; his significant other Linda Allhands of Twin Lakes, WI; his son Jacob Eubanks of Kenosha, WI; his brother Robert of Waukegan, IL.; and also, Colleen Hensiak of Union Grove, WI, Abel Rodriguez (Jennifer) of Racine, WI and Adam Kirchenwitz of Neenah, WI.
