She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard McCole and Mary Louise McCole (Pfeffer) of New Munster, WI.; her sons, Kenneth Samuel III and Richard Samuel; her brother Michael McCole; and her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Nancy Samuel Sr..
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aubree, Austin and Parker Jurgens; and her siblings, Mary Ostman (Jonathan), Joe McCole (Patti), Rose Collins (Bob), Pat McCole (Mary), Dorothy Sands (Bill), Dianne Mowery (Tim) and John McCole. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
