It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Oettiker (Twin Lakes, Wisconsin), born in Superior, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 17, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Caroon and Gwendolyn Caroon (Wiley); and her sister Laurel Anderson. She is survived by: her husband Russell Oettiker (Gene) of Marshfield; and her children, Wendi Jo Lee (Randy) and Michael. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
