He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard F. Stoewsand and Shirley Stoewsand (Werle). He is survived by: his former wife Dawn Stoewsand; his children, Jill Stoewsand, April Sullivan, Samantha Stoewsand, Amanda Stoewsand and Willard 'Billy Stoewsand; his grandchildren, Miles, Haley, Landen, Liam, Natalie and Sydney; and his great grandchild Cooper. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
