He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Keene and Gilma Keene (Sutherland); his parents-in-law, Maynard Sr. and Florence Forrest; his brothers, Tom and Jerry; and his siblings-in-law, Maynard Forrest Jr., Laverne, Lloyd Cramer, Lyle and Joyce Rodefer.
He is survived by: his daughter Terri Keene; his grandchildren, Ashley Leiterman (Brandon), Wendy Smutzer (Jacob) and Abbie Urbanek; and his siblings-in-law, Janet Frank (Tim), Jeff Forest, Leola Keene and Mary Forrest. He is also survived by many other relatives, and friends.
A charter member of the Oak Grove Cemetery Foundation and past president.
