He is survived by: his children, Jean Carver (Lee) of Montrose, MN, Ronald Phillips (Carmen) of Chicago, IL and Joanne Ducklow (Pat) of LaCrosse, WI; his grandchildren, Kevin Carver (Kathi), Angie Neisen (Chris), Stacy Furtney (Craig), Yvonne Papirnik (Matt), Tania Fraser (Dave), Brian Ducklow (Lisa), Brent Ducklow (Paula) and Chad Ducklow (Kim); his great grandchildren, Ryan, Gracie, Nate, Stephanie, McKenzie, Sarah, Emily, Sofia, Scot, Dylan, Bryant, Cody, Amber and Jakob; his great great grandchild Landynn; his siblings, Richard (Pat) and Loretta Birch; his sister-in-law Mary Lou Phillips; his parents, Lome Phillips and Adeline Phillips; his brothers, Irvin (Irene) and Kenny; his brothers-in-law, Dave Birch and LeRoy Garber; and his great grandchildren, Samuel Neisen and Thomas Neisen.
