He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Horkan and Norah Horkan (Diener); and his brothers, Patrick and James. He is survived by: his brother John Horkan (June) of Reedsburg; and his sisters-in-law, Jean Horkan of Lime Ridge and Carol Horkan of Reedsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
