It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis W. Moore of Tomah, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 28, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Moore and Geraldine Moore (Bliss); his brothers, Donald, Clifford and Philip; his great grandchild Walker Smoot; and his nephew Bobby Ludke.
He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Shaw; his children, Sara Breitsprecher (Dan) of Tomah, Andrew Moore of Tomah and Matthew Moore (Carina) of Kendall; his siblings, Debbie Travis (Bruce), Diane Wilson (Glen), Cindy Gerke (Jerry), Eva Swenson, Wayne Moore and Jason Moore (Amanda); his stepmother Christine Moore; and his sister-in-law Nancy Moore. He is also survived by several stepsiblings, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
