She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley J. Hart and Eva A. Hart (Vroman); and her siblings, Arja Welch, Verna Burrows, Bernice Harmon, June Voelzke, Arlieta Finegan, Bernadine Schubert, Carol Reed, Anna Hart, Rita Zahrte, Ronald Hart and David Hart.
She is survived by: her niece Mary Brehm; her son Corey; and her siblings, Donna Cotnom, Patricia Arndt, Betty Muehlenkamp and Kenneth Hart. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family to be determined at a later date.
