She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Wilson and Alice Wilson; her granddaughter Christina Faith; and her parents-in-law, Micky Hoover, Joe and Martha Volz.

She is survived by: her husband Howard Hoover; her daughters, Michelle Francis and Dawn Johnson (David); her stepchildren, Howard, Diane, Kimmy, Michael (Anna) and Patricia (Brandon); her grandsons, Justin, Brandon and Preston; her stepgrandchildren, Anthony, Adrian, Brandon Jr., Savannah, Mika, Harley, Brian and Makenzie; her great grandchild Dominic; her stepgreat-grandson Jordan; her siblings, Margie Kapsenstein (Tom) and Bob Wilson (Shelley); and her former husband Don Volz. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers memorials to the family or to St. Lucas Church General Fund in Ruby's name are appreciated.
