He is survived by: his children, Ed Coulter (Diane) of Horicon, Dennis 'Gibby' Coulter (Laurie) of Lomira, Gary Coulter (Chris) of LeRoy, Steve Coulter (Lisa) of Brownsville, Sandy Herman (Mark) of Lomira and Sharee Fritz (Jim 'Fritzy') of Stockbridge; his siblings, Wayne (Patricia), Mike (Ellen), Robert (Ginger) and Teresa Vorpahl; and his sister-in-law Ilsa Coulter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
