He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Coulter and Helen M. Coulter (Funk); his siblings, Keith, Glen, Marguerite Lamers, Enida Roth, Sandra Ruecker and Gwen Kallmann; and his siblings-in-law, Myron Lamers, Edward Quandt, David Roth, Edgar Zeitler and Patricia Coulter.
He is survived by: his siblings, Bette Quandt of Lomira, John Coulter of Kewaskum and Paulette Coulter of Guam; and his brothers-in-law, James Ruecker and Richard Kallmann. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
