It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Abby K. Sauer of Theresa, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Andrew Sauer; and her niece Lexi Held. She is survived by: her parents, Larry Lubbert and Marcia Lubbert (Damstra) of Hartford; her husband Mitch Sauer of Theresa; her children, Warren and Veronica; her siblings, Wyland Lubbert of Oshkosh, Otis Lubbert of Hustisford, Amanda Bartel (Shawn) of Aberdeen, SD., Julie Steinbrink (Rich) of Driftwood, TX. and Joshua Lubbert (Kaiti) of Rubicon; her half-sister Stacy Robinson of York, PA.; and her siblings-in-law, Jim and Barb Sauer of Theresa. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Abby then took the position of Dodge County Public Health Officer during the pandemic and was remarkable in her position during an impossible public health emergency.
