He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Johnson (Williams) and Thomas Johnson; his wife Linda; his sons, Marcus Tuura and Michael Tuura; and his stepfather Robert Miller.
He is survived by: his children, Candice Miller, Stephanie Treakle (Mark), Robert Miller (Mindy) and Crystal Tuura-Kegleg (Pat); his stepchildren, Brad Bruner, Monica Bruner and Ryan Bruner; his grandchildren, Kelsey, Jaxon, Brooklynn, Marelowe, Hunter, Kaiden, Jordon, Abby, Marcus, Hali, Tyler, Kendall, Kaylee, Aubrey, Gavin, Daniel, Gabrielle and Solomon; and his siblings, Dean Miller (Joy), Kenneth Miller (Rebecca), Jason Johnson (Lori), David Johnson and Terry Mikrot (Rick). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
