He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Betancourt (Jim) and Jay Wing (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jim, Brandon Betancourt (Laura), Amber and Ashley Wing; his great grandchild Bowen Betancourt; his brothers, Edward Wing and Robert Wing (Judy); and his wife Jackie.
