He was predeceased by: his wife Lynn; and his mother-in-law Marcia Johnson. He is survived by: his children, Steven Horn (Cory) and Nichole Ansel (Kenny); his siblings, Marge Delmont (Dick), Linda Brice, Sue Burich (Dan), Ann Boerst (Brian), Fred Horn, Mike Horn (Kelly) and David Horn (Jana); and also, Garret, Payton, Blayd, Kiana, Zander and Aunt Caroline. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
