He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Ulrich and Florence Ulrich (Untiet); his wife Donetta Marie Oertel; his brother Fritz; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Ulrich and Jeanine Martinson (Huebner).
He is survived by: his children, Dale Ulrich (Adele) of Phoenix, AZ, Cheryl Martines (Bob) of St. Charles, IL, Lori Uthmeier (Don) of Stratford, WI, Beth Griffith (Tom) of Venice, FL and Jody Arnow (Chad) of Dayton, OH.; his grandchildren, Bob, Alec Martines, Amanda Bird (Tom), Annie Martines, Karl, Sam, Henry Uthmeier, Matt, Jake Griffith, Nate and Grace Arnow; and his sister Bonnie Buchberger (Pat). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
