He was predeceased by: his siblings, Paul Forrest, Leonard Forrest, Patsy Forrest, Ray Forrest, Phil Forrest, Lee Forrest and Mary Gillette; and his nephews, Don Gillette, Bob Gillette, Michael Mulé and Robert Forrest.
He is survived by: his sister Ruth Mulé (late Tony) of Rockford, IL; his children, Judy Mulé and Dan Mulé (Stacey); his sister-in-law Ginny Forrest; his children, Cathy Wilhite (Kelton) of Scandinavia, Karen Krings (Paul) of Auburndale, David Forrest (Jane Crandall) of Madison, Brian Forrest (Elaine) of Stratford and Jeannie Tichy (Vince) of Stratford; and his nieces and nephews, Jim Gillette (Rita), Garry Gillette (Lisa), Richard Gillette (Mary), Vicki Lundine (Mark) and Patricia Lightfoot (Gary). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
