He is survived by: his former wife Alice M. Radtke; his daughters, Dawn Kadrlik (Tom Miller) of Stratford and Renee Goode of Stratford; his grandchildren, Dillon, Drake Kadrlik, John, Michael and Matthew Goode; and his sister Clara Kaus of Auburndale. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
