He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Hendricks and Phyllis Hendricks (Mikula); and his sister Kathy Mae Hendricks. He is survived by: his wife Laura Donlevy; his children, Cory Hendricks (JoLynne) of Spooner, WI, Jennifer Buhler (Travis) of Augusta, WI, Daniel Hendricks (Cheryl) of Stone Lake, WI and Michael Hendricks (Rachel) of Shell Lake; and his sisters, Mary Kay Cooper of Delta, CO, Nancy Ann Slayton (Eugene) of Stone Lake, WI and Marie Ann Mickelson (Steven) of Minong, WI. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
